BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No.
One (1), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Consultant Services Agreement with Johnson Early Architects, for professional design services of the Valley Park Building Renovation & Expansion Project, increasing the Contract price by $148,500.00 and raising the total Contract price to $217,500.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the additional sum of $148,500.00, is hereby authorized for payment to Johnson Early Architects, from account # 1101-707602-90319, pursuant to the terms of Change Order One (1).
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
