BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with Valley Park Activity Board, Inc., Art in Motion, Inc., Friends for Skateparks, The Lexington Women's Club, Transylvania Park Neighborhood Association, SCORE, Rosa Parks Elementary PTA, Carnegie Center for Literacy and Learning, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Valley Park Activity Board, Inc. ($500.00), Art in Motion, Inc. ($350.00), Friends for Skateparks ($1,220.00), The Lexington Women's Club ($1,300.00), Transylvania Park Neighborhood Association ($1,200.00), SCORE ($725.00), Rosa Parks Elementary PTA ($775.00), Carnegie Center for Literacy and Learning ($2,050.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
