BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN
COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That subsection line number 370.038 in the unclassified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number in the classified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is created to read as follows:
370.025 1 110 516N Administrative Specialist Sr.
Section 3 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0025, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
