BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute agreements related to Neighborhood Development Funds, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with 16^th District PTA Inc. c/o Brenda Cowen Elementary; Phoenix Rising of Lexington Kentucky, Inc.; Lexington Leadership Foundation, Inc. c/o Lexington Fatherhood Initiative; Sneakers With Everything Project, Inc.; and Garden Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.

                     Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby
are approved for payment to 16^th District PTA Inc. c/o Brenda Cowen Elementary ($1,082.00); Phoenix Rising of Lexington Kentucky, Inc. ($400.00); Lexington Leadership Foundation, Inc. c/o Lexington Fatherhood Initiative ($1,100.00); Sneakers With Everything Project, Inc. ($300.00); and Garden Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc. ($350.00), from account #1101-121002-71214, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
