BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Amendment to the Agreement with Lexington Rescue Mission, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, moving CARES Act funds in the amount of $224,439.00 from Rapid Rehousing to Street Outreach Programming, and extending the period of performance to August 31, 2022, and is further authorized to execute any other necessary documents with Lexington Rescue Mission, Inc. related to this program.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
