BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Grant Award Agreement with the University of Kentucky Research Foundation (UKRF), for a Stormwater Quality Project, increasing the grant award by the sum of $143,200.00, from $216,800.00 to $360,000.00.
Section 2 - That an additional amount, not to exceed $143,200.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the University of Kentucky Research Foundation (UKRF), from account # 4052-303204-3373-78112, pursuant to the terms of the change order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
