BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Lease Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Eastland Legacy Center, LLC, for space within the Eastland Shopping Center located at 1301 Winchester Road for Central Sector Role Call and Special Operations for the Division of Police.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $18,153.29 in fiscal year 2017, be and hereby is approved for payment to Eastland Legacy Center, LLC from account # 1101-505506-71302 pursuant to the terms of the Lease Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
