BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1- That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a three-year lease agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with VAR Resources, Inc. to provide Apple MacBook Pro laptops through CDW Government, Inc. (CDW-G), to the Coroner's Office.
Section 2- That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $4,420.36 (FY2015), be and hereby is approved for payment to VAR Resources, Inc., from account #1101-112009-71303, pursuant to the terms of the lease agreement, with future fiscal years subject to sufficient funds being appropriated.
Section 3- That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
