BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Permanent Classified Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Scott Gabbard, Municipal Engineer Sr., Grade 528E, $3,301.84 biweekly in the Division of Engineering, effective March 13, 2022.
Carlos Ross, Attorney Sr., Grade 528E, $3,486.16 biweekly in the Department of Law, effective March 7, 2022.
Deon Smither, Skilled Trades Worker, Grade 515N, $19.748 hourly in the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, effective March 13, 2022
Jarrod Evans, Skilled Trades Worker, Grade 515N, $22.052 hourly in the Division Parks of Recreation, effective February 16, 2022.
Section 2 - That the following Classified Civil Service Voluntary Demotion Appointment made by the Mayor be and hereby is ratified:
Daniel Partin, Public Service Supervisor, Grade 514N, $19.350 hourly in the Division of Family Services, effective March 14, 2022.
Section 3 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
