                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Fuelband, LLC, for the New Police Canine Facility Project, increasing the contract price by the sum of $29,910.00, from $1,048,888.00 to $1,078,798.00, and adding thirty (30) calendar days to the construction schedule.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $29,910.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Fuelband, LLC, from the following account: #2607 - 505501 - 90511, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
