BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with Division of Code Enforcement, Vineyard Community Church, Inc., Kennedy Landing HOA, Inc. c/o EMG Management, Joyland Neighborhood Association, Inc., Sweet Blessings, Greenhouse 17, Lexington Celtics AAU Basketball Corporation, American Lung Association of KY, Inc., Gardenside Neighborhood Association, Inc., and Lexington Blazin' Cats for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Division of Code Enforcement ($1,000.00), Vineyard Community Church, Inc. ($250.00), Kennedy Landing HOA, Inc. c/o EMG Management ($1,000.00), Joyland Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($1,000.00), Sweet Blessings ($250.00), Greenhouse 17 ($1,750.00), Lexington Celtics AAU Basketball Corporation ($700.00), American Lung Association of KY, Inc. ($1,675.00), Gardenside Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($190.00), and Lexington Blazin' Cats ($2,000.00) from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
