BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Professional Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Gresham Smith, for design and infrastructure installation of the 200-acre Legacy Business Park, at cost not to exceed $2,229,000.00.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Professional Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Cushman & Wakefield, U.S., Inc., for marking services for the 200-acre Legacy Business Park, at cost not to exceed six percent (6%) of land sales in the business park.
Section 3 - That an amount, not to exceed $2,229,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Gresham Smith, from account # 3230-136103-0001-71205, pursuant to the terms of the Professional Services Agreement.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
