BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute the Memorandum of Agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Local 2785, on behalf of Lieutenants and Captains in the Division of Community Corrections, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in order to address pay inversions and equity in the current collective bargaining agreement.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
