BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Rural and Inner City Adopt-A-Spot Program Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Christ United Methodist Church, BSA #220; Bluegrass Chapter Order of Demolay; Paul Lawrence Dunbar Cross Country Boosters; Christ Centered Church, BSA #59; Immanuel Baptist Church, BSA #41; St. John's Lutheran Church Venture Crew 279; Rosemont Baptist Church, BSA #98; Beaumont Presbyterian, BSA #279; Greater Faith Apostolic Church, BSA #238; Christian Youth Fellowship; Phillips Memorial Church; Boy Scout Troop #103; Boy Scout Troop #100; El Shaddai Temple House of Yahweh; Boy Scout Troop #186; Boy Scout Troop #382; Tates Creek Presbyterian Church BS Troop 226; Alpha Kappa Alpha-Eta Rho; Lexington Swingers Golf Club Inc.; and Alpha Kappa for participation in the Adopt-A-Spot Roadway Cleanup Program.
