BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Harp Enterprises, Inc., be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of voting machines and related maintenance, equipment, supplies and services, for the Fayette County Clerk's Office, and the Mayor or his designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary agreements with Harp Enterprises, Inc., related to the procurement of these goods and services.
Section 2 - That this resolution is intended to retroactively approve, as necessary, any previous procurement of voting machines or related maintenance, equipment, supplies, or services, from Harp Enterprises, Inc., which was made due to its status as a sole source provider.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
