BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Bluegrass Tomorrow, Inc., MANRRS, East End Community Development Corp., NAMI Lexington (KY), Inc., Sisters Road to Freedom, Access Ministries, Pralltown Neighborhood Assoc., KYukefest c/o LexArts, NABVETS KY, Tee Dee Young Enterprises, LLC c/o Endia Harvey, 16^th District PTA c/o Brenda Cowan Elementary, Academic & College Training Project, Inc., Greenhouse17, Inc., William Wells Brown Neighborhood Assoc., Artistic Hands Shaping a New Society Corp., LFUCG-Environmental Quality & Public Works, for the Office of the Urban County Council.

                     Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to Bluegrass Tomorrow, Inc.
