BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Churchill McGee, LLC, in the amount of $539,750.00, for the Black and Williams Neighborhood Center Window Replacement, for the Division of Grants and Special Programs, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Agreement with Churchill McGee, LLC, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $539,750.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Churchill McGee, LLC, from account #3120-606101-90511 ($510,000.00) and account 2607-707201-76101 ($29,750.00), pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
