Authorization to execute an Agreement between the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government (LFUCG) and Stantec Consulting Services for professional engineering services related to the sanitary sewer Capacity Assurance Program.  This is an indefinite services Contract for one year with a mutual of up to four annual renewals. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Engineering Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 12-2017), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., for continued implementation of the Sanitary Sewer Capacity Assurance Program required by the Consent Decree.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $329,370.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., from account #4003 - 303410 - 71205, pursuant to the terms of the Engineering Services Agreement.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
