BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Foster Care Council of LEXKY, Community Action Council, Paul Laurence Dunbar Band Parents' Association, Inc., Paul Laurence Dunbar Soccer Boosters Club, Inc., Kentucky Humanities Council, Inc., and Sisters Road to Freedom, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
      Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Foster Care Council of LEXKY ($600.00), Community Action Council ($1,675.00), Paul Laurence Dunbar Band Parents' Association, Inc. ($1,500.00), Paul Laurence Dunbar Soccer Boosters Club, Inc. ($500.00), Kentucky Humanities Council, Inc. ($675.00), and Sisters Road to Freedom, Inc. ($525.00) from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
      Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
