Summary
Authorization to execute a professional service Agreement with Management Advisory Group International, Inc. (MAG, Inc.) to provide professional human resource compensation and classification consulting, effective upon passage of Council. MAG, Inc. will conduct a complete review of all job classifications in the unified pay plan, to include benchmarking of positions for market pay and taking into account both internal and external equity factors. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Professional Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 36-2021), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Management Advisory Group International, Inc., for human resource compensation and classification consulting services, at a cost not to exceed $79,500.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $79,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Management Advisory Group International, Inc. from account # 1101-160501-1911-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
