BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Salary Data Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Salary.com, for salary research and salary studies for all classified and unclassified positions, for the Division of Human Resources.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $11,770.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Salary.com, from account # 1101-160501-77802 in FY2027, pursuant to the terms of the Salary Data Agreement, and subject to sufficient funds being appropriated.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective upon passage of Council.
