BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Tailored Living featuring Premier Garage, in the amount of $49,875.00, for the Floor Finish Replacement for Fire Station No. 2, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the attached Agreement with Tailored Living featuring Premier Garage, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $49,875.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Tailored Living featuring Premier Garage, from account #1101-505704-76101 pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
