BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Alliance Comfort Systems, Inc.; Dallman Systems, Inc.; Delta Services, LLC; Integrated Security Solutions; and Schiller Hardware, establishing price contracts for Security Cameras and Equipment, for the Department of Public Safety, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the respective bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
