BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Memorandum of Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with The Transit Authority of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and the Lexington Area Metropolitan Planning Organization, for the transfer of the assets and operations of the LexVan Vanpool Program.
Section 2 - That the all of the Lexvan Vanpool Program funds, which are estimated to be in the sum of $223,981.00, be and hereby are approved for transfer to The Transit Authority of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, from account #XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXX, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
