Authorization to execute a service agreement with Windstream Communications to establish a circuit connection between Lexington’s Central Kentucky 911 Network (CKy911net) and Duo County Telephone for the purposes of connecting the CKy911 Network to Adair County 911. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Windstream Communications, for the purpose of establishing a circuit connection between Central Kentucky 911 Network (Cky911net) and Duo County Telephone Co.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $3,480.00 for FY 2016 and $5,220.00 each subsequent fiscal year, be and hereby is approved for payment to Windstream Communications, from account #4205-505602-72204, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
