BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. 3 (Final), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with L-M Asphalt Partners Ltd. d/b/a ATS Construction, for the Expansion Area 3 Trunk Sewer Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $240,779.59, from $4,476,870.65 to $4,717,650.24.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $240,779.59, be and hereby is approved for payment to L-M Asphalt Partners Ltd. d/b/a ATS Construction, from account #4003 - 303408 - 92811, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
