BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, The Cottages of Liberty Woods Neighborhood Association, Inc., Henry Clay Golf Boosters, Inc., Phoenix Rising of Lexington, KY, Inc., One World Films, Tates Creek Middle School PTSA, WGPL Neighborhood Association and Alano, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to The Cottages of Liberty Woods Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($500.00), Henry Clay Golf Boosters, Inc. ($250.00), Phoenix Rising of Lexington, KY, Inc. ($500.00), One World Films ($875.00), Tates Creek Middle School PTSA ($625.00), WGPL Neighborhood Association ($500.00), and Alano, Inc. ($850.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
