BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Blau Mechanical, Inc., for the project Det_Plumbg_2019, replacing the domestic hot water lines for the Division of Community Corrections, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $40,468.41 from $172,000.00 to $212,468.41
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $40,468.41, be and hereby is approved for payment to Blau Mechanical, Inc., from account: #2609-505401-5411-90511, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
