BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the non-binding Letter of Intent with Social Impact LLC, setting forth the parties’ mutual intent and process for negotiating and drafting definitive Agreements for the development, construction, and operation of a solar photovoltaic project located on a portion of the Haley Pike Landfill, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
