BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements related to Neighborhood Development Funds, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the following entities: Kentucky Lions Eye Foundation, Inc.; 16th District PTA Inc. c/o Hayes Middle School; Allegro Dance Project, Inc.; Sisters & Supporters Working Against Gun Violence Inc.; and On the Move Art Studio, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to Kentucky Lions Eye Foundation, Inc. ($1,450.00); 16th District PTA Inc. c/o Hayes Middle School ($350.00); Allegro Dance Project, Inc. ($1,950.00); Sisters & Supporters Working Against Gun Violence Inc. ($1,350.00); AND On the Move Art Studio ($1,575.00), from account #1101-121002-71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
