BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute agreements related to Neighborhood Development Funds, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Volunteers of America Mid-States, Inc., LFUCG - Partners For Youth, The Salvation Army, Louisiana Avenue Neighborhood Association, Inc., Bluegrass Families First, Inc., Sisters & Supporters Working Against Gun Violence Inc, Kentucky Society, Sons of the American Revolution, Inc., and Black Church Coalition of the Bluegrass, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum stated, be and hereby is approved for payment or transfer to Volunteers of America Mid-States, Inc. ($500.00); LFUCG - Partners For Youth ($800.00); The Salvation Army ($1,000.00); Louisiana Avenue Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($500.00); Bluegrass Families First, Inc. ($1,100.00); Sisters & Supporters Working Against Gun Violence Inc ($2,000.00); Kentucky Society, Sons of the American Revolution, Inc. ($950.00); and Black Church Coalition of the Bluegrass, Inc. ($2,150.00), from account #1105-121002-91715, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
