BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the proposal of Professional Recovery Consultants, Inc., to RFP No. 17-2013 Collection Services, be and hereby is accepted, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, is authorized to execute the Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Professional Recovery Consultants, Inc, and any other necessary agreements or documents, for the performance of such services, at a cost based upon contingency fees on amounts collected pursuant to the Agreement at a rate of seventeen and eighty-five one hundredths percent (17.85%).
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
