BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of All Recreation of Virginia, Inc.; Bluegrass Recreational Products, Inc.; Countryside Play Structures, LLC; David Williams and Associates, Inc.; Miracle of Kentucky and Tennessee; Playground Specialists, Inc.; Play and Park Structures; and Recreation Insites, LLC, establishing price contracts for Outdoor Playground Equipment, for the Division of Parks and Recreation, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
