BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein for reference, with the Carton Council of North America, Inc., for the acceptance of a Grant from the Carton Council of North America, Inc., which Grant funds are in the amount of $150,000.00, for the purchase and installation of an optic sorter for the Division of Waste Management, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.

                     Section 2 - That subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 22-79, the Mayor is hereby authorized, in her discretion as Chief Executive Officer of the Urban County Government, to transfer the unencumbered balance of any operating or capital account ap-propriation to another operating or capital account appropriation within the Grant budget established for this Grant.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
