BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Populus Technologies, Inc. (“Company”), for data management and per trip fee collection services related to dockless (shared mobility) vehicles, for the Division of Planning, at a cost not to exceed $8,000.00 and fifteen percent (15%) of per trip fees collected by the Company.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $8,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Populus Technologies, Inc., from account # 1141-160701-0001-72205, pursuant to the terms of the Contract.
Section 3 - That Populus Technologies, Inc. (“Company”) shall be entitled to retain fifteen percent (15%) of the total per trip fees allocated to the Government that Company collects prior to remitting the remaining sum to the Government, pursuant to the terms of the Contract.
Section 4 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
