BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the bids of WRC1, LLC d/b/a W. Rogers Company, in the amount of $5,190,766.00, for the Expansion Area 3 Pump Station (Contract 1), and of Hubert Excavating & Contracting, LLC, in the amount of $1,180,000.00, for the Force Main Improvements (Contract 2), for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the respective bids and Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Agreements with WRC1, LLC d/b/a W. Rogers Company and Hubert Excavating & Contracting, LLC, related to the respective bids.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $5,190,766.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to WRC1, LLC d/b/a W. Rogers Company, and that an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,180,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Hubert Excavating & Contracting, LLC, both from account #4003-303408-92811, pursuant to the terms of the respective bids and Agreements.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
