BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Purchase of Service Agreements for FY2016, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Commerce Lexington, Inc., Downtown Lexington Corporation, Kentucky World Trade Center, Inc. d/b/a World Trade Center Kentucky, LexArts, Inc., Lexington Downtown Development Authority, Inc., Lexington Kentucky Chapter of Service Corps of Retired Executives, Association, Inc., Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center, Inc., and North Limestone Community Development Corporation, provide services to the public.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,771,600.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Commerce Lexington, Inc. ($507,000.00 from account # 1101-900101-71101), Downtown Lexington Corporation ($42,710.00 from account #1101-900103-71101), Kentucky World Trade Center ($100,000.00 from account #1101-900104-71101), LexArts, Inc. ($450,000.00 from account #1101-900109-71101), Lexington Downtown Development Authority, Inc. ($384,890.00 from account #1101-900609-82101), Lexington Kentucky Chapter of Service Corps of Retired Executives, Association, Inc. ($7,000.00 from account #1101-900105-71101), Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center, Inc. ($130,000.00 from account #1101-900107-71101), and North Limestone Community Development Corporation ($150,000.00 from account #1101-900110-71101), pursuant to the terms of the respective Purchase of Service Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
