BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments:
Pete Spencer, Security Officer, Grade 507N, $14.175 hourly in the Department of Public Safety, effective November 25, 2019.
Brandon Akerman, Maintenance Mechanic, Grade 515N, $18.797 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective December 9, 2019.
Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 1 may begin the probationary civil service probationary period.
Section 3 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Community Corrections officer Appointments:
Alaysha Clay, Community Corrections Officer Recruit, Grade 109N, $15.384 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective upon passage of Council.

Tonia Walters, Administrative Specialist Sr., Grade 516N, $20.434 hourly in the Division of Accounting, effective November 25, 2019.
Section 6 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicant listed in Section 5 may begin employment.
