BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Communications Venture Corporation d/b/a INdigital, a sole source provider, for provision of Text-to-911 Services, for the Division of Enhanced 911.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $34,363.92, be and hereby is approved for payment to Communications Venture Corporation d/b/a INdigital, from account numbers 4204-505602-72204, 4205-505602-71208, 4204-505602-71299 , and 4204-505603-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
