BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the following Probationary Classified Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:

Dragica Busbaher, Early Child Care Teacher, Grade 512E, $1,529.52 biweekly in the Division of Family Services, effective July 5, 2021.

 

Demont Clark, Equipment Operator, Grade 510N, $16.250 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective July 12, 2021.

 

Heidi Lawson, Public Service Supervisor, Grade 514N, $20.118 hourly in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective July 19, 2021.

 

Melvin Roland, Public Service Supervisor, Grade 514N, $21.155 hourly in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective July 19, 2021.

 

                     Section 2 - That the following Permanent Classified Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:

Kalman Gortman, Engineering Technician, Grade 514N, $19.468 hourly in the Division of Engineering, effective June 15, 2021.

 

Nedim Prasovic, Skilled Trades Worker Sr., Grade 517N, $25.750 hourly in the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, effective July 19, 2021.

 

Christopher Cooper, Grants Administrative Aide, Grade 516N, $21.809 hourly in the Division of Grants and Special Programs, effective April 19, 2021.

 

Section 3 - That the following Probationary Sworn Appointment made by the

 

Mayor be and hereby is ratified:

 

Benjamin Baker, Police Sergeant, Grade 315N, $32.408 hourly in the Division of Police, effective July 5, 2021.

 

                     Section 4 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointment made by the Mayor, be and hereby is ratified:

Adale Robinson, Treatment Plant Operator-Apprentice, Grade 509N, $15.086 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective July 12, 2021.

 

Section 5 - That the following Classified Civil Service Council Leave be and hereby

 

is approved:

 

Brad White, Producer, Grade 515N, $23.665 hourly in the Division of Government Communications from July 19, 2021 through October 17, 2021.

 

                     Section 6 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Pay Increase Appointment

 

made by the Mayor, be and hereby is ratified:

 

Quinton Welch, Administrative Specialist, Grade 513N, from $20.303 hourly to $24.038 hourly in the Office of the Mayor, effective July 5, 2021.

 

                     Section 7 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date

 

described in each item.
