BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Populus Technologies, Inc., for data management services related to dockless vehicles, for the Division of Planning, at a cost not to exceed $5,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $5,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Populus Technologies, Inc., from account # 1141-160701-0001-72205 (subject to the approval of a pending Budget amendment), pursuant to the terms of the Contract.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
