BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 3 of Resolution No. 493-2015 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section 3 - That the following Probationary Sworn Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
David Flannery, Police Sergeant, Grade 315N, $29.309 hourly in the Division of Police, effective August 10, 2015.
Joe Anderson, Police Lieutenant, Grade 317E, $3,044.37 biweekly in the Division of Police, effective August 10, 2015.
Section 2 - That the remaining sections of Resolution No. 493-2015 remain unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective retroactive to August 13, 2015.
