BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Emergent Devices, Inc. (formerly known as Adapt Pharma), be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of nasal Narcan spray, for the United States Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) FY2022 First-Responders-Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Support Services Act Extended First Responders and Community Partners Overdose Prevention Project, at a cost of $47.50 per unit, for the Department of Social Services and the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, and authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary agreements with Emergent, Devices, Inc. related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That payments, be and hereby are approved to be made to Emergent Devices, Inc., from account # 3190-606105-75101, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
