BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Kentucky-American Water Company, for Water Data and Shut-Offs.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $34,500.00 in FY2013, be and hereby is approved for payment to Kentucky-American Water Company, from account #4002-202602-71299 ($18,285.00), account #4121-202603-71299 ($6,900.00), and account #4051-202604-71299 ($9,315.00) pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
