                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a Grant from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, which Grant funds are in the amount of $32,000.00 Federal funds, are for a Comprehensive Inventory of all Fixed Route Lextran Bus Stops, the acceptance of which obligates the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of $8,000.00 as local match.

                     Section 2 - That subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 22-79, the Mayor is hereby authorized, in his discretion as Chief Executive Officer of the Urban County Government, to transfer the unencumbered balance of any operating or capital account ap-propriation to another operating or capital account appropriation within the Grant Budget previously established for this Grant.

                     Section 3 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Subrecipient Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Transit Authority of Lexington (Lextran) for project implementation.

                     Section 4 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $40,000.00 for FY 2017, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Transit Authority of Lexington (Lextran) from account #3160-900604-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Subrecipient Agreement.  

                     Section 5 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
