BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Permanent Classified Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Candice Long, Administrative Specialist, Grade 516N, $21.798 hourly in the Division of Revenue, effective January 11, 2023.
Dayna Miller, Staff Assistant Sr., Grade 511N, $18.067 hourly in the Division of Revenue, effective January 18, 2023.
Emilee Buttrum, Attorney, Grade 526E, $2,761.25 biweekly in the Department of Law, effective December 13, 2022.
Jason Hernandez, Attorney, Grade 526E, $2,761.25 biweekly in the Department of Law, effective December 13, 2022.
Sonja Blackburn, Paralegal, Grade 519N, $27.300 hourly in the Department of Law, effective December 17, 2022.
Abigail Kerins, Administrative Specialist Sr., Grade 518N, $25.725 hourly in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective December 6, 2022.

Section 2 - That the following the Unclassified Civil Service pay increase to the office of the Urban County Council made by the Mayor be and hereby are ratified:
Sara Moreles, Aide to Council, Grade 518E, from $2,301.92 biweekly to $2,384.61 biweekly, effective December 19, 2022.
Section 3 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
