BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Mutual Release Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Gershman, Bricker & Bratton, Inc., Routeware, Inc., and C2Logix, Inc. related to the Materials Recovery Facility Project and the Waste Management Routing Project.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed the sum of $45,000 be and hereby is approved for the final payment to Gershman, Bricker & Bratton, Inc. for the Materials Recovery Facility Project and the Waste Management Routing Project pursuant to the terms of the Mutual Release Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
