BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Office 360, Inc., in the amount of $41,840.00, for Intensive Use Chairs, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to enter into the attached Agreement with Lexington Quarry Company, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $41,840.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Office 360, Inc., from account # 4204-505602-75801, pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
