Authorization to approve Change Order #2, to Building Crafts Inc.; for the Town Branch WWTP Solids Improvements project. Change order #2 increases the contract amount by $16,623.27 resulting in a new contract amount of $2,000,269.27, a 5.3% increase of the original contract amount.  This Change Order includes costs for demolition of existing equipment no longer needed, replacement of a PanelView control screen and the addition of reversing switches that will control the new conveyors from a remote work area.  Funds are Budgeted.                      BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Building Crafts, Inc., for the Town Branch Waste Water Treatment Plant Solids Improvements Project, increasing the contract price by the sum of $16,623.27 from $1,983,646.00 to $2,000,269.27.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $16,623.27, be and hereby is approved for payment to Building Crafts, Inc., from account # 4002 - 303402 - 91017, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
