Authorization to abolish one (1) vacant classified position of Trades Worker Sr. (Grade 511N), two (2) vacant classified positions of Electrician (Grade 517N) and one (1) vacant classified position of Program Specialist (Grade 513E) and create one (1) classified position of Public Service Worker Sr. (Grade 509N), one (1) classified position of Skilled Trades Worker Sr. (Grade 517N) and two (2) classified positions of Billing Specialist (Grade 516N) all in the Division of Water Quality, effective upon passage of Council. Additionally, create two (2) unclassified positions of Treatment Plant Operator Apprentice Class II (Grade 512N) in the Division of Water Quality, effective upon passage of Council.
